    This course requires you to have a basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Zoom. Using two monitors during the live sessions can make it easier to navigate the online course while attending the live session.

    This course lasts for a total of 4 days. Days 1 and 3 have a total of 4 live sessions, each of which is 2 hours long. Days 2 and 4 do not have any live sessions and consist of an average of 2 hours of independent work each day, all of which is due by the end of the course.

Instructor: Maura Camosse-Tsongas

Maura Camosse Tsongas is a current faculty member at NeighborWorks America, teaching courses in affordable housing development, financial modeling, and community development. She has extensive experience in housing policy, program development, and community engagement. Maura holds a BA in African Studies from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin and a Master’s in Urban and Regional Policy from Northeastern University.
