This course equips you with the skills to coach teams through growth and transformation. You’ll learn how to adapt one-on-one coaching techniques for group settings, build trust, set agendas, and facilitate leadership development. Explore how to coach both voluntary and financially invested teams, and practice using real-world scenarios. You’ll also learn how to navigate power dynamics, foster equity, and apply coaching strategies that enhance team cohesion. By the end, you’ll have a toolkit to support teams in achieving sustainable success beyond the coaching relationship.

Live Session Schedule
Come Prepared for the Course
This course takes place over 4 days. Days 1 and 3 are each comprised of a total of 4 hours of live online instruction, divided into two sessions with a 1-hour break in between. Days 2 and 4 are dedicated to self-paced completion of all activities and assignments. All required coursework is due by 11:59 p.m. PT on the designated day of class.
