AM321vc: Advanced Financial Tools for Asset Managers - Part 1

This is part one of a two-part class (AM321vc & AM322vc) and counts towards the Certified Housing Asset Manager designation. You’ll dive into sophisticated measures of property performance, exploring long term investment returns, equity growth, the value of future cash flow, and the earning power of an asset using affordable housing scenarios.
